Good HR Gallery 1/2
I had issues with HR people working in the IT industry, because of incompetent bots scanning resumes inaccurately, incomplete Business Intelligence on Linkedin Insights, or simply way too much preconceived ideas adjoined with a poor industrial culture… I'm not quite sure about the other sectors as I fully dedicated my life to technology. The absence of valid reason to their refusal is one of the common issue I have encountered. Their manners were also wrong as it doesn't cost anything to use effective canned responses to help people not repeating their mistakes. Interviews by their nature are introductory, so they stay at the surface level. Once you’ve done a couple, they all sound the same, so persistence is good and remains recommended. Consistency is the key and eloquence is crucial for discourse, because they are usually marked by force and persuasiveness. Good luck with your research 🙂
